SUNDAY SERVICES THIS MONTH

We meet, we sing, we pray, we reflect, we learn, we listen, we share, we talk, we have great fun. Like any family, our members are all individual and prefer different styles of services. With five Sunday services and one mid week we hope that you can find one, or two or maybe even more that suit you.

  1. Sunday 10th September

    Our theme and readings this week are

    Sharing faith naturally: where do you start? (Method and power)
    Jesus. John 3: 1-17
    7pm - Do atheists have a point?

    8am Holy Communion A spoken, traditional and reflective service with a shorter sermon following the Book of Common Prayer.

    9.15am Morning Worship
    A 50 minute service with good hymns, a choir, and a reflective feel.  Followed by coffee.

    10.30 am.Worship and children's groups We meet together to worship God with joy, led by a band with a variety of styles, and learn how to follow Christ.

    5pm Worship and children's groups

    7.00pm Holy Communion

  2. Sunday 17th September

    Our theme and readings this week are

    Being a Family on mission – our vision for group life. Acts 2: 42-47
    7pm Will a good God send people to hell?

    8am Holy Communion. A spoken, traditional and reflective service with a shorter sermon following the Book of Common Prayer.

    9.15am Morning Worship.  A 50 minute service with good hymns, a choir, and a reflective feel.  Followed by coffee.

    10.30 am Holy Communion.  We meet together to worship God with joy, led by a band with a variety of styles, and learn how to follow Christ.

    5pm Space for God and healing prayer, children's groups. 

    7.00pm Ignight. A youth led service with live music, worship and great teaching.

  3. Sunday 24th September

    8am Holy Communion A spoken, traditional and reflective service with a shorter sermon following the Book of Common Prayer.

    9.15am Morning Worship
    A 50 minute service with good hymns, a choir, and a reflective feel.  Followed by coffee.

    10.30 am. Harvest Service with Holy Communion  We meet together to worship God with joy, led by a band with a variety of styles, and learn how to follow Christ.

    5pm All age Harvest Service

    7.00pm Healing Prayers.

WHICH SERVICE?
8am Sunday service

This is a traditional spoken, Holy Communion service using the Book of Common Prayer.

9.15 service

 A 50 minute service with our wonderful robed choir, great teaching and Holy Communion twice a month.
Refreshments are served after the service.

10.30am sunday service

This bustling family service. Jam packed with teaching, singing and prayer. Communion once a month.
Refreshments are served after the service

5pm Sunday Service

This is a great family service, with a more intimate vibe. Expect to sing, talk, listen and laugh.
Refreshments are served before the service at 4.30pm.

7pm Sunday Service

Under 30s lead this service with music from a great youth band (1st and 3rd Sunday).
Alternate Sundays are more refelction, listening, praying and teaching.
Pizza or cake served before the service at 6.30pm.

11am Thursday Service

A friendly communion service using teaching from Sunday. A delicious meal is served after the service every 2nd Thursday of the month (excluding August).
