The Kingdom Life Director role is focused on outreach and mission. This includes oversight of Marksmen (men’s ministry) and Sanctuary (women’s ministry), the mission support group and “Home for Good” (support for families involved with or exploring fostering and adoption); coordinating and running Alpha; making the church building and encouraging the St Mark’s community to be as environmentally friendly as possible and engaged with good stewardship through Zero Carbon Harrogate; supporting refugees and others in need within Harrogate; setting up a “pay as you feel” cafe focused on intercepting and educating people about food waste.
