A huge thanks to the Woodroofe’s community who organised the Big Quiz on 17 Nov. It was a fantastic evening which raised £406 for Tearfund.
Once again St Mark’s generosity knows no bounds and you blessed the socks off the various charities we collected for over Christmas. The boxes were over flowing with gifts for SASH, IDAS, Caring for Life and In2Out. St Georges’ Crypt were very grateful for the toys donated to children in Leeds. And our Christmas collections for the Children’s Society and Manara Project in Lebanon (Youth for Christ) will provide much needed funds. We will update you with how much you raised in the Jan newsletter.
