Dan is the Associate Vicar and oversees St. Mark’s communities and discipleship. Dan is passionate about seeing people released into the fullness of who they are created to be, using their gifts to serve God wherever he has placed them. The heart of our Church vision is ‘to make disciples, who make disciples’. We believe this happens best in a community – in a relationship with each other and Jesus. Dan can often be found encouraging people to join a St Mark’s community – a place where we can grow as an extended family, learn to serve each other and together reveal the love of Jesus in our places of work and leisure and in our local area. He particularly enjoys nurturing leaders and developing their ability to disciple others.
Dan is married to Julia and has two children – Megan and Sam. In his spare time Dan has been known to enjoy the odd pint of real ale and good long walks in the Dales.
