The Operations Manager role facilitates the effectiveness and vision of the Church through the provision of operational organisation and management of the varied ministries and practical activities of the Church. This includes day-to-day problem solving, IT development and support, planning and leadership, line management of staff and operational ministries, finance, facilities management, project management and human resources.
